Into the Light is a friendly group of
Sunderland Supporters (and even a few NUFC fans) mainly from the UK,but also from around the world. We've been going over 3 years
and have a developed an online community, and offline
fellowship.
Whether you want to catch up on the latest
SAFC news, play SAFC fantasy football games, debate the latest
tactics, chat about modern culture, make jokes or write blogs
you can do it all on our site. We also have a number of official
(and many unofficial) meets in a year which are well attended.
We began as a group of SAFC fans who met
on BBC's 606 Football forum, but we deserted the site when we
were in our darkest hour (the 15 pointer). The Unofficial
Sunderland Forum became our home for a short while but we had to
leave due to insufficient car parking facilities. Our next home
became the Forums of Light (the FoL). We were at the FoL for
quite a while but we had to abandon the site due to a major
floodlight failure. Thus the birth of Into the Light (ITL),
which became our own little corner of t'internet in March 2006,
it is still very much our home and full of really great people.
We believe ITL is a community to enjoy, be
proud of and has become our SAFC supporting home. We offer you
